In Part III of the Summer Seminar Series, Matt is joined by a very special guest: Andy Benoit, NFL Analyst and Staff Writer for Sports Illustrated and the MMQB. The two examine the proliferation of Gap and Zone running schemes in the NFL and the teams that best utilize those schemes. The two also discuss the traits and characteristics of great NFL running backs and those best suited to different schemes. Finally, the two discuss the future of the running back position and what traits they believe the future greats at the position must possess.
