Paul and Matt start out the show a little different this week with the NFL Rookie Report for Week 3 to discussion New York Giants Quarterback Daniel Jones. They discuss how they were wrong on his evaluation, why he looks so much better than expected, how he changes the offense, what he can do on the field and how draft twitter as a whole seems to have been very wrong in evaluating him. In addition, they discuss how after Josh Allen last year and now the early success of Daniel Jones this year, we need to start paying less attention to college quarterback stats and more at their traits and the overall environment that surrounds them in college and how it could be impacting their overall evaluation. Following the discussion on Jones, some other rookies discussed include Kyler Murray, Alexander Mattison, Tony Pollard, Irv Smith Jr., Dawson Knox, Mecole Hardman, Diontae Johnson and others.

The 2020 Scouting Notebook has film analysis and profiles already on 18 QB, 16 TE, 29 RB and 25 WR. This discusses each prospects strengths, concerns, developmental and functional areas, NFL Role, NFL scheme fit and NFL Draft Projection. This will be updated and added throughout the season and during the predraft months before 2020.
The 2020 Rankings Notebook contains 2020 draft eligible rankings, devy rankings, 2019 dynasty rookie rankings and then after the season, 2020 draft rankings and tiers and after the 2020 NFL Draft, new dynasty rookie rankings.
The final two notebooks, the 2020 Freshmen Notebook will be released in late March or April of 2020 and the 2020 NFL Draft Projections Notebook will be released in April of 2020. The Freshmen Notebook will consist of player profiles of the top incoming freshmen plus rankings. The 2020 NFL Draft Projections will consist of tabs for every position (offensive and defensive). The prospects will be listed in the order that we expect them to be selected. This notebook will contain each prospects measurements, athletic testing if they participated in the NFL Combine, some scouting notes (strengths & concerns), their best NFL position and NFL Round projection. Paul and Matt conclude the 2020 positional preview shows with part two on the wide receiver class. In this episode they discuss the class a whole and how it stacks up right now to the historic 2014 Wide Receiver class. Next, they mix it up from the usual routine and do a Wide Receiver only draft, alternating picks of their top receivers for the 2020 draft. When discussing these ten total selections they talk about the prospects overall game, how they win and some areas they are looking for improvement in during this upcoming season. Matt shares his thoughts on all of the players since he was not on air for part one of the 2020 wide receiver preview.
Following their wide receiver draft, they both list four more names of guys that they found very intriguing at the position from their film studies. These are receivers who they believe could emerge this upcoming year and move up rankings and draft boards from where many are pegging them right now.
