The 2020 Seminar Series returns to the Saturday2Sunday Football Podcast. This summer we explore Movement Marvels in the game of American Football. In our first episode, Matt is joined by Shawn Myszka (@MovementMiyagi) of Movement Mastery. Shawn is a performance advisor for NFL players, a sport movement specialist, an educator & presenter.
